Fees are due and payable on the date invoiced. An online payment portal link will be provided in your digital invoice. Your digital invoice will be transmitted to an email address you provide.
A General Consultant Fee is negotiable - and will be specified in your General Consultant Contract. Refer to the paragraph in your contract labeled "General Consultant Fee". Consultant contracts are tailored to your specific needs and desires. Copywriter service contracts fall in the general category of consultant contracts - but they are specialized agreements.
A Project Proposal presents a description of work and deliverables relevant to your project - with a controlled time table for completing your project. Your project proposal will be based off the information you provide during our Initial Consult. Your Project Proposal Fee is non-refundable. Work will start after this fee is paid in advance using pay button below. Project Proposals generally take five to ten (5-10) business days to complete. Your Project Proposal may be amended once. Once you approve and sign your final Project Proposal, work will begin on your Copywriter Control Package Proposal.
A Control Package Proposal is the first draft of your proposed deliverable. It is based off the information you provide during your free initial consultation and any modifications ou provided at the initial Project Proposal, above. Time to complete this draft package varies - depending on the scope and complexity of work involved. Your specific time table will have been explained in your Project Proposal, above. Copywriter prepares and presents this draft proposal after receiving payment of half down - see payment button below. Depending on the complexity and scope of your project, your control package may cost more. You make final changes and sign the amended draft proposal. Copywriter retains ownership of the signed amended draft document.
Copywriter will make final changes and deliver the final Copy Control Package according to agreed timelines and terms specified in your Project Proposal. Copy Control Package Ownership conveys to you with the receipt for your final payment of balance due. See payment button below. Depending on the complexity and scope of your project, your control package may cost more. This will have been previously negotiated. There will be no surprise. The actual charge will be invoiced with the final deliverable.
Copy Control Package project contracts include a provision for payment of royalties to the Copywriter. See your contract for details. This royalty may be paid quarterly or annually. Standard royalties will be three percent (3%) of gross sales derived from marketing campaigns that use any portion of the Control Package delivered to you. Royalties are due without invoice. You agree to provide Copywriter a Quarterly Report on Gross Sales derived from the use of your Copy Control Package. (If a client declines to pay royalties, then upfront charges for Copywriter Services will be invoiced as outlined in the project contract.)
